Definitely. All clients may provide a non-disclosure agreement for signature and rest easy knowing that your proprietary information is safe.
Contracts are a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months for flexibility. Level 2 and 3 clients have first right of refusal on category exclusivity renewals.
Contracts are billed at the end of the month. All scheduled work is due by date agreed or by the end of the month. All billing is net 10.
